Khaliya Top walk Munsiyari, Uttarakhand, is a beautiful walk in the Himalayas that offers great views of the Panchachuli, Nanda Devi, and Rajrambha peaks. The hike starts in Eco Park in Munsiyari and takes trekkers through thick oak and rhododendron forests, open meadows, and alpine areas. The trail is around 5 kilometers long to the Khaliya Top Campsite. To see the dawn from Zero Point, you have to walk another kilometer. The campsite is a calm place to get away from it all, and trekkers can stay at Khaliya Top campsites or choose to stay in Munsiyari homes or motels.
Tour Plan
Day 1 Pick-Up from Kathgodam – Drive to Munsiyari (280 km)
Morning Pick-Up: We'll pick you up early in the morning from Kathgodam or another place we talked about. Your trip starts with a beautiful drive through the Kumaon region, where you will see beautiful cities and villages.
Kainchi Dham Break: We'll stop for a quick break in Kainchi Dham, a well-known spiritual site in the middle of peaceful hills.The route goes through Almora, Dhaulcheena, Seraghat, Berinag, and Munsiyari, which is the last stop. Along the ride, take in the beautiful views of the Himalayas.
Getting to Munsiyari: You will get to Munsiyari by nightfall after a 9- to 10-hour drive. After a hard day on the road, check into your hotel or homestay and rest.
Stay overnight: Dinner and a night at the hotel or homestay in Munsiyari.
